Privacy & student information

When you send a lesson request, we collect the student's first name and age, the instrument and lesson type, preferred date and time, location preference, and a contact email or phone number. For students under 18 we also collect a parent or guardian's name and consent.

This information is used only to review your request and schedule lessons. It is visible only to Frank, is never sold or shared for marketing, and is not shown publicly.

Requests for students under 18 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. Please don't include sensitive details (medical, school records) in notes.
